Rates are subject to change without notice. An additional 12% (7% state, 5% city)room tax is added to these rates.
Major credit cards accepted. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required on weekends in July and August and for holiday/special
event.
The Old Beach Inn is a non-smoking establishment. Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
Sorry we cannot accommodate your pet. However, we are more than happy to assist you with kennel arrangements.

A deposit equal to the first three nights of your stay or 50%, whichever is greater, is required to hold the
reservation. If cancellation is received at least
15 days (30 days for multi-room bookings) prior to your scheduled arrival a refund will be provided (minus a 10% service
charge). If less than a 15 day (30 day for multi-rooms) notice is received we will refund in the form of a future stay room
credit (less the 10% service charge) provided we are able to re-rent the room for the total nights reserved.
